All frames ship via Canada Post. Expedited and Xpress methods are available on checkout page.
All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance.
If you have special requests
In an unlikey event of misdelivery, please notify us and will will open a claim on your behalf. If the package is deemed lost by Canada Post we will reimburse you for the purchase entirely or ship a different pair of eyeglasses if agreed. We are unable to refund the purchases before Canada Post rules the package is lost.
